WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES?


Standard Deliveries are FREE and takes 5-10 working days.

Express Shipping is to be paid and expected to come by 3-8 working days.

You can select Standard Deliveries Or Express Shipping at the check out page and find out the cost of Express Shipping. 

STEPS TO FOLLOW TO FINISH MAKING YOUR ORDER:

To place your order, find the desired product and click the 'Add To Cart' button or use the "Buy Now" button. Fill in your shipping and billing information, and we will ship your order to your given address.

ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

A: Once your order is placed, an Order Confirmation email with a summary of your order as well as your shipping and billing details will be sent to you. If you can't see it in your email then please check your "All mail, Social, Spam/Junk or Promotions" tabs under 'Pain Free Humans'. If you still can't find it, then no worries! Please email us on support@painfreehumans.com and we will send another confirmation to your designated email address. 

IS YOUR WEBSITE SECURE WITH MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

A: Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one time only upon purchasing the product(s). We never store any information about our customers' private details!

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

A: Upon placing your order, please allow 12-24 hours to have your order processed. Our fulfilment warehouses pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once you order has been shipped, you will receive a notification through an email. You can also track your order on our website by visiting TRACK YOUR ITEM. 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPTS? 

AWe accept all types of Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Master Cards as well as PayPal. 

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

A: Yes but please note items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must also be in perfect condition and unused in order to qualify for a return. In order to return your item please contact us via contact page.

Q: CHANGE OR CANCELLATION:

A: We're excited to process your order quickly—usually within 24-48 hours, and sometimes even faster! If you need to change or cancel your order, just let us know as soon as you can, and we'll do our best to assist. We'll check with our warehouse team to see if we can still process your request. But once your order is fulfilled and shipped, we can't do much at this stage. Although the order is out of our hands, but If you have any questions or need assistance while the order is in transit, our friendly customer service team is here to help at support@painfreehumans.com
